Participants:

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany. Employees of Albert Rauch GmbH and Seidl PR & Marketing GmbH, Rüttenscheider Straße 144, 45131 Essen, as well as other affiliated parties, are excluded from participation.

Duration, Eligibility, and Conduct:

The promotion will run from November 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. until December 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

All participants who complete the online form will automatically be entered into the drawing, which will be conducted under notarial supervision, and will be notified of the prize within 4 weeks after the end of the promotion period.

The participant consents to the storage of their data for the purpose of notification.

Data Protection:

The participant’s personal data provided—in particular first and last name, street, ZIP code, and city—will be stored, processed, and used by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations, specifically the Federal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of conducting and administering the promotion. By participating in the promotion, the participant consents to the processing of their data by the organizer. No data will be disclosed to other third parties. The participant has the right, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data stored about them. In addition, the participant has the right to have incorrect data corrected, as well as to have their personal data restricted or deleted, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this. Furthermore, the participant has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Furthermore, the participant has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to the organizer in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and he or she has the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data was provided. When exercising the aforementioned right to data portability, the participant has the right to request that the personal data be transferred directly from the organizer to another controller, to the extent that this is technically feasible. The data will be deleted following the completion and processing of the campaign.

Right to Object:

Every participant has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them, to which they had previously consented, by sending a simple email to the organizer at the email address listed below: datenschutz@rs-europa.com. The organizer will no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the participant concerned, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Miscellaneous:

If compelling reasons arise that prevent the organizer from carrying out the promotion through no fault of its own, the organizer may cancel the promotion. Participants may be excluded for violating the terms and conditions of participation or for attempting to manipulate or deceive the promotion. The promotional bonus cannot be redeemed for cash.
